Somewhere on our Downtown Orlando map

Construction began in early 2026 on the most extensive overhaul of the stadium since its 2014 reconstruction — funded entirely through Orange County’s Tourist Development Tax and scheduled for completion by summer 2027. The scope: a rebuilt upper bowl raising permanent capacity from roughly 62,000–63,000 to about 65,000 seats, reconstructed north end-zone seating, new suites and premium hospitality areas, an events center within the complex, a complete redesign of the exterior façade, and new concourses, concessions and restrooms. Roughly 1,500 construction jobs are expected over the project’s duration. Separately, the city has advanced a 47-acre expansion of the Community Redevelopment Agency district around the stadium, approved by City Council and awaiting Orange County approvals.
