Atlantic Housing Partners is planning "City Center," a $60 million-plus mixed-use project in downtown St. Cloud: a 542-space parking garage, two four-story buildings with 150 apartments over roughly 17,600 square feet of commercial space between 8th and 10th streets and south of City Hall, and public parking rising from 75 to 250 spaces. The city is contributing $6.25 million in land. The developer asked for master plan approval in July 2026 and targets a first-quarter 2027 construction start, with a 24-month buildout.
