Orlando-based Leaders Real Estate paid $3.5 million for 3.16 acres on U.S. 192 across from Walmart, approved for up to 8,000 sq ft of retail with a groundbreaking targeted before year-end 2026; planned tenants include national coffee, pizza and bagel chains, a dentist, and a sit-down restaurant. The firm also has 9.35 acres under contract at Cyrils Drive and Narcoossee Road, with a pre-application filed for a center anchored by a 40,000-sq-ft fitness center plus a fuel station and multi-tenant retail.
