Atlanta-based Fourth Time Partners secured a $21.9 million construction loan from Ameris Bank in late July for a micro-hospital in the Hammock Ridge Commons center, between U.S. 27 and Hammock Ridge Road. The roughly 28,000-square-foot, single-story building is planned for Houston operator Nutex Health with emergency and inpatient services, eight inpatient beds, an operating room, and MRI, CT and X-ray imaging. It is planned to run 24 hours a day, with about 10 staff per shift.
