Accolades at Ovation refinances with $22M as Phase II earthwork moves in Horizon West

Milenio, a joint venture of Miami-based EverHome Living and Linkvest Capital, closed a $22 million refinancing loan July 7 for Accolades at Ovation, a 461-lot community at Grove Blossom Way and Avalon Road in Horizon West's Village I. The first 204 finished lots were delivered to Dream Finders Homes on March 31; Phase II site clearing is complete with earthwork in progress and delivery targeted for August 2027. Dream Finders is under contract to buy all 461 lots — 307 single-family and 154 townhome.
