Rio Grande Avenue, Long Street to Anderson Street

An overnight full road closure is scheduled for Rio Grande Avenue from Long Street to Anderson Street on Sunday, September 27, to Monday, September 28, between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., for road work. Motorists will travel northbound on Rio Grande Avenue, turn right onto eastbound Carter Street, and travel east to Orange Blossom Trail/US 441. Motorists will turn left onto northbound Orange Blossom Trail/US 441 and continue north to Central Boulevard. Motorists will then turn left onto westbound Central Boulevard and continue west to Rio Grande Avenue. Click here for the detour map . Allow extra travel time. Due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances work could be delayed. Motorists are urged to use caution in the construction area for their safety and that of the work crews.
