Orlando approved 426 more Laureate Park homesites west of Luminary Boulevard

Orlando's Development Review Committee signed off on neighborhood N-8 in the Lake Nona master plan, south of Medical City and west of Luminary Boulevard. Phase 1 covers 249 single-family homes, three retention ponds and a neighborhood park; Phase 2 adds the remaining 177 homes and a second park. Lots run from 30-foot rear-alley bungalows to 60-foot conservation-backing lots, with access off Medical City Drive and Centerline Drive. Tavistock has not named a homebuilder.
