USTA's Lake Nona campus expansion cleared Orlando review in January
noted Aug 31, 2026
⚠️ CONFIDENCE MEDIUM: verify before approving. Orlando's Development Review Committee approved a two-phase expansion of the USTA National Campus. Phase 1 is an 80,000-square-foot addition to the indoor facility with six new indoor courts, seating, classrooms and training space, and requires removing six hard courts; Phase 2 adds eight hard courts, more parking and a sprint track. Campus general manager Joe Wilkerson said in January that construction was to start in the first quarter of 2026 and finish by the end of 2027, ahead of hosting the NCAA tennis championships from spring 2028.
