The Nickelodeon Orlando Hotel & Resort at Everest Place is a 543,000-square-foot complex: an 11-story hotel in two towers with 211 guest rooms, 181 condo units — studios through two-bedrooms with bunk rooms, sleeping up to 12 — a three-story garage, and themed amenities from a kids’ club to character dining. In June 2026 CEO Zafir Rashid asked Osceola County for a waiver to obtain building permits and drill roughly 1,000 concrete foundation pilings before Everest Place Boulevard officially opens, saying the roadway is substantially complete except for three intersections. Mexican firm GVA is the architect and Jr. Davis Construction the contractor; infrastructure work on the $1.5 billion district began in 2022, and the resort’s scheduled opening is early 2028.
