The savory follow-up from the Gideon’s Bakehouse team began welcoming guests August 3 in the former Art of Shaving storefront near Morimoto Asia. The menu is built on “Coffyns” — hand pies by their medieval name — made with Central Florida collaborators including Pizza Bruno, Smoke & Donuts and Red Panda Noodle, alongside beers from The Ravenous Pig, The Crooked Can and Sideward Brewing.
