Central Florida's first luxury car-condo project plans an October groundbreaking on Aloma

Collection 674 plans to break ground in October on State Road 426 a mile east of S.R. 417: 34 gated, climate-controlled condominium units for storing and showing cars — from 709-square-foot Reserve units to 1,227-square-foot Pinnacle units, priced from the low $300,000s to the upper $400,000s — plus a 1,300-square-foot owners clubhouse. The developers bought the 3-acre parcel in January for $2.1 million and target completion in 2027.
