Less than a year in, Expedition Odyssey got a full retheme — it's now Fire & Ice
SeaWorld rethemed its Arctic flying theater barely a year after its May 9, 2025 debut: Expedition Odyssey closed in phases starting April 10, 2026 and is back open as Expedition Odyssey: Fire & Ice, with a new film, story and ride profile on the same system. The park's stated reason: the original wasn't pushing the ride system, projection and audio "to their full potential."

SEAQuest, a suspended dark ride, is targeting late 2026 at SeaWorld
SeaWorld's next ride is SEAQuest: Legends of the Deep, billed as a first-of-its-kind suspended dark ride, going into a newly expanded area behind Expedition Odyssey. Riders follow the fictional SEA Collective Adventure Team through undersea scenes to what the park promises is "a spectacular finale launch." Reporting puts the target at late 2026; SeaWorld's own page says only "coming soon," with 2026 annual passholders promised first-to-ride access.

“so if a kid comes with $50 they gonna give him a $50 gift card or if he only wants to spend 31.94 of it and wants to use the rest somewhere else off property will he get his cash back? Even if he spent $49.50 Will he get his $.50 back?”
“Will they take the chip implanted in my wrist?😂”
