Plans filed for a 253-room YOTEL at 47 W. Jefferson St.

Patrick Giannini of Odin Endeavors and the Unilog Group filed plans in September 2024 for a 253-room, 11-story YOTEL in the Central Business District — the same block as the Árt² container park — with Adache Group as architect and Kimley-Horn on civil work. Unilog bought the half-acre lot in March 2024 for $3.75 million. YOTEL’s media office had not confirmed the project at publication.
