Catchlight Crossings is under construction on 20 acres near the convention district that Universal’s nonprofit Housing for Tomorrow leased to Wendover Housing Partners for roughly $100. The program is 1,000 units — 600 affordable and 400 attainable — and Wendover reports spending more than $40 million on site preparation before vertical work. First residents are expected in late spring or early summer 2027.
