The Bob Carr’s $30 million second act is still on the drawing board
Creative Village master developer Craig Ustler said in March 2026 that the next big project there is the $30 million adaptive reuse of the historic Bob Carr Theater. The city selected Baker Barrios Architects; design is scheduled to wrap in 2026 with construction drawings starting in the fall, construction targeted for mid-2027, and delivery hoped for 2029.
